I (shop owner) bought this for my wife and she rode it one time (about 30 miles). She prefers a more upright style riding position. In perfect/new condition, besides the little plastic cover being slightly cracked, came like this from factory. (See last picture, very minor and could be replaced if wanted.) I have kept the bike around the shop thinking I would ride it myself on occasion. Bike was just retuned and detailed and there is not a spec of dirt grime or grease to be found. 100% ready to ride. Full Cycle Restoration and Repair is a small, two man bike shop that specializes in high end custom bike builds. We are long time friends that have back grounds in downhill mountain bike racing as well as long time bike mechanics. Road bikes have always been a passion and as we get older we really appreciate not having to travel to hit the trails. In the process of building bikes we get a lot of trade ins. We also buy low mileage bikes that are not being used from friends, friends of friends, as well as working with other shops. If a bike is not in excellent or near new condition we won’t be selling it online. Yes we will take in well used bikes, but prefer to sell these locally. This way it is very easy for buyers to know what they are getting. All bikes are completely gone through no matter how few miles they may have. They are detailed, lubed, tuned, and 100% ready to go when you receive them. Our bikes get very minimal disassembly so when they arrive, you can be on your new bike right away. Customer service is very important and this is what sets us above the rest, besides our amazing reconditioning process and high standards for used bikes.
Shipping:
When a bike is purchased either on eBay or through our shop website, they are usually packed and shipped the same or following day. If we have your phone number I will personally send pictures of the pack job so you know it was done properly. I assure everyone, you will not find anyone to pack bikes as safely as we do here. All bikes are covered in thick foam tubing meant to insulate pipes under houses. The shipping process can be a bit rough and we take no chances. All bikes are insured as well just in case something happens. We ship using bike flights and tracking info will be provided immediately. I also like to send a picture of the actual shipping label to the customer to double check you new bike is actually headed to you. We’re here to answer any questions you may have about the bikes or shipping process along with any questions you may have after receiving your new bike. WHY WE LIKE THE CENTO1HY ULTEGRA E-BIKE
What do you get when you add a powerful ebikemotion rear hub motor to Wilier's lightweight Cento1 chassis? Well, that would be the speedy Cento1HY Ultegra e-bike. Coming in at a claimed weight of 11.9kg or just over 26 pounds it's one of the lightest e-road bikes on the market and not far off traditional disc road bikes either. So if you're a fan of speed and want to ride further and faster than you ever could before, hop on the Cento1 Hybrid and take to the road.
Turning the system on and off as well as accessing its 3 power-assist modes is an easy affair thanks to a control button that's built right into the top tube. The motor is powered by a 36-volt battery that's housed inside the downtube offering up to 250 watts of power and 40Nm of torque assist at speeds up to 26km/h. The electric motor has the ability to connect to your smartphone via the ebikemotion app, allowing you to track riding metrics such as speed, distance, time, and battery life. The app also provides route navigation, weather alerts, and Strava integration. Remarkably, the motor, battery, and controls only contribute 3.7kg to the bike’s total weight. Because the motor is housed in the hub and the battery inside the frame, it's very difficult to even distinguish the Cento1HY as an e-bike. The battery has a range of around 1000m of altitude gain and an additional external battery is available separately if you care to double that elevation.
Those that have found e-bikes due to health conditions please take note of one of our favorite features: you can pair your heart rate monitor to your smartphone and set a maximum heart rate in the app. When you reach the upper end of the limit, the motor kicks in with power, reducing the workload and thus your heart rate.
With all that excitement about the electronics, it might be easy to forget about the 46 Ton monocoque carbon frame and fork construction, the same material proven on its race machines and prized for its light weight and stiffness. Wilier uses an endurance geometry with a slightly taller head tube and shorter reach providing a more relaxed and less racy position, perfect for taking in those longer distances this machine allows for. Drivetrain components consist of Shimano's workhorse Ultegra mechanical group with powerful hydraulic disc brakes. It's also important to note that with the placement of the motor in the hub and not at the bottom bracket or crank allows Wilier to build the Cento1HY with a Q-factor the same as a traditional road bike.
