This item is a store return.  It has the following issues:
This is missing a special tension rod, a nut, and a washer. This was missing a nut on another tension rod, but I replaced it, and when I tightened it, the head made a popping noise, like the head is breaking or coming apart? It just can't be tightened very much or it might break. This will affect its tuning abilities. the tension rods also act as feet, so essentially it is missing one of its "feet". It will stand up on its own, but is definitely easier to knock off of balance without it.
We are not aware of other issues with this item.  It is being sold for parts or repair.  See photos for more details

Returns Policy

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, and in its original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if there are no new issues with the item. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund. If you have changed your mind, or the item doesn't fit your application through no fault of ours, we will issue a refund, less the actual cost of shipping.
Payment
