Unit has been power tested and the unit turns on, however the display is malfunctioning (see pictures).
Therefore we have no way of further testing the unit, or a way to diagnose what is malfunctioning in the unit.
Therefore we are selling the unit AS IS and will not accept returns on this item.
Sale is for the carrying case, the mini-OTDR, the users's manual, documentation, charger, keyboard, and USB to Compact Flash Port.
The Compact Flash Card, Sandisk Drivers CD, and the software floppy disks have been removed and destroyed.
Note that we are a surplus store and do not offer technical support, All serial numbers have been recorded.
Unit shows signs of previous use such as scratches, dings, scuffs, and discoloration.
See pictures and keep in mind the cosmetic state when making an offer.
