Cannondale T800 Touring Bike 21 Inches

Great Cannondale T800 Touring bike!!
Everything works and its ready to ride. (Some tune ups suggested..see below)
Size is 21 inches
Ultegra wheelset
Has seat post with a shock/spring
Deore crankset and rear derailer
Shifting works
Brakes work
Tires have life left in them
All around this is a solid bike and ready for new adventures
Here are the tune ups/wear it has
1) I would consider redoing the wire for the front derailer. Seems like it is stretched to the max. It works just seems like it needs more wire
2) rear brake needs a tune up/adjustment. It's just not gripping tight as is.
3) has some scratches here and there. See pics. Expected for the age
4) Grips and shifters mismatch on the handlebar. They all work fine...just aren't the same.
5) Has a tiny ding on the top tube. See pics.
