    This is an ANTIQUE VICTORIAN or EDWARDIAN ? BLACK with GOLDEN DESIGN MOURNING FAN. Fan is a  Folding Oil Cloth 8 1/2 Inches in Diameter with Beautifully Painted in Gold Leaves and Flowers. The Gold Design is Very Good for Age of Fan .Handles are Wood, Textured Leather Covered 8 1/2 Inches Long  with Brass Tips for Closing and Locking Fan Fan is 12 Inches Long when Open. Fan Shows Some Ware that I Believe Could be Restored.( Check Above Pictures).This is a Great Piece of History and Should be in Your Fan Collection.
