3 Vintage Different Hand Held Fans Collectible Need minor Repair

Group of 3 vintage Hand Held celluloid or vintage plastic fans 2 are approximately 7” high and the other one is 5”.. Black one has one broken piece with a tiny piece scotch tape on it, and is carved ends with Made in Hong Kong with an elephant design on there also. the other 2 fans just need re”string”?or re ribboning. One has scenes from Windsor Castle, a souvenir from years ago. The smaller one has nice carvings and is marked “made in Hong Kong” with a design of an Elephant like the black fan has and it is paint decorated and pretty. Not sure what the elephant sign is? Note: these are pretty mounted and framed since they are not good to fan with anymore!
These will be packed carefully for shipping. Photos show back and front.
